Already an experienced landlord or look after your own portfolio?
You can use Town & Country Lettings to advertise your property on Rightmove and Zoopla to find a tenant, conduct referencing, collect their deposit and produce the tenancy agreements.
We will then hand the management back to you.
What will this cost?
Fully managed property service:
10% of the rent plus VAT (12% including VAT)
A set up fee of £480 including VAT. There is nothing to pay upfront, this will be deducted from the first months rent.
Find you a tenant:
75% of the first months rent subject to a minimum of £500 including VAT. There is nothing to pay upfront, this will be deducted from the first months rent.
